1. Membership Relationship
This Agreement governs paid and free Chef access to All Dem Chefz™. Membership provides access to designated Platform tools. It does not guarantee bookings, income, ranking position, leads, customer acceptance, or business success.
2. Membership Plans
Plans may include Chef Essential™, Chef Professional™, and Chef Elite™. Features and prices are shown at enrollment. We may introduce, modify, or discontinue plans upon reasonable notice.
3. Billing
Chefz authorize recurring billing when selecting a recurring plan. Membership charges may be monthly or annual. Chefz are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method, reviewing renewal dates, cancelling before renewal when desired, and paying applicable taxes.
4. Cancellation
Chefz may cancel future renewal through account settings or support. Cancellation generally remains effective at the end of the paid term. Unless required by law or expressly promised, partial membership periods are not prorated, used membership periods are not refundable, and suspension for misconduct does not create automatic refund rights.
5. Membership Benefits
Benefits may include profile visibility, opportunity access, priority notifications, analytics, corporate-request access, premium-customer access, verification tools, featured-placement eligibility, editorial consideration, and multi-market tools. Eligibility does not guarantee selection or placement.
6. Rankings Cannot Be Purchased
Membership may affect search exposure, notification timing, feature access, and eligible request categories. Membership does not purchase positive reviews, ChefScore™ points, customer satisfaction, official ranking position, or editorial endorsement.
7. Membership Use
Membership is assigned to the approved Chef or authorized business. Chefz may not resell access, share credentials with unauthorized users, use one membership for unrelated businesses, transfer verification badges, or create duplicate memberships to manipulate exposure.
8. Membership Changes
If a plan changes materially, we will provide reasonable notice. Price changes normally apply to a future renewal term unless otherwise disclosed.
9. Suspension
Membership features may be suspended for failed payment, verification expiration, policy violations, fraud, food-safety concerns, serious complaints, or account investigation.
10. No Guaranteed Return
Advertising exposure, analytics, rankings, and matching opportunities involve uncertain results. Chefz are responsible for deciding whether membership is appropriate for their business.
11. Taxes
Membership fees may be subject to applicable taxes. Chefz remain responsible for their own income, sales, employment, and business taxes.
12. Acceptance
Enrollment constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and the broader Platform terms.
