Yes. Organizations may begin with one location and expand later.
Does every location need a separate account?
No. Locations operate beneath the parent organization account while maintaining separate profiles and permissions.
Can local managers submit requests?
Yes. Access can be configured by role.
Can corporate leadership require approval?
Yes. Requests may require regional, financial, or corporate approval before confirmation.
Can we request the same event across several locations?
Yes. Multi-location templates make it possible to duplicate or coordinate requests.
Do we pay Chefz and food trucks separately?
Provider pricing is separate from the registration fee unless a custom enterprise agreement states otherwise.
Can we receive invoices?
Eligible organizations may apply for centralized invoicing or purchase-order billing.
Can we negotiate national pricing?
Large organizations may receive custom enterprise pricing based on locations, usage, and service requirements.
Can we use only approved providers?
Yes. Organizations may create private approved-provider lists.
